Question: As you may have heard, there is a federal lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of the 2010 health care law. Last month, a federal judge in Texas issued a ruling in the case, which is currently being appealed. [The federal judge ruled that the 2010 Affordable Care Act is not constitutional and should not be in effect]. What if you heard that, as a result of this decision, people with pre-existing health conditions may have to pay more for coverage or could be denied coverage. Would you still say you approve of the judge’s decision or would you now say you disapprove?
